Be passionate about the subject matter and keep it real to the program,  real to the industry especially when it comes to safety.  Explain what is needed in order to get through the program and the importance of it.  But at the same time let them understand that you will not know all of it.   Have fun with the material from time to time.  Do not overwhelm with every detail

I learned that motivation is the key to their success.  Keep them aligned with the program.  Help them understand the importance of topics in curriculum and how it relates to testing and O&P  so that they can get past the government hurdle and understand basic rules of the FAA so that they can proceed to next level of being a aircraft mechanic.

It's important to have some type of structure when lecturing.  Good lecturing notes that breakdown a subject  with bullet points or trees are good ways to stay within your topic. And although it might look good on paper practice makes it perfect and practice what you preach.

Introduction of why we are here and who we are sets the tone to what you want to accomplish.  By giving students a background on who I am and my past experiences will help in what they need to know to past the course and ultimately get their certification.

Planning and being prepared  is important to gain the respect of students.

Your knowledge and passion about what you do as a mechanic is key.   I liked the first two videos how the instructor explained the enthusiasm of the instructor  and the second one how much he cared about his students and how he loved the field.  Not to out smart your students but to give them real life experiences and scenarios is key.
