Listening is key to a question. Take time with response and let the student know you appreciate the question.

Be enthusiastic in your delivery attitude is contagious 

Adult students get bored easily, use a variety of methods. Make it fun!

Take time to enjoy your students and get to know their weaknesses to encourage them they can do it!

Third try, this is where I have difficulty, but I'm very happy with the content of this course.
