Students of any compacity are the way and the future, keeping them engaged and motivated is half the battle of them becoming successful and developing in their skill. building a good relationship strengthens their success rate and build confidence in them that the career choice they have selected will be beneficial and pay off in the end.

I have learned that being in instructor isn't about boring lecture and mundane studies. I can/will implement fun activities that will make the learning material more interesting and relatable to be retained.

I learned that education is very important structurally. Each student situation is to be observed and met (within limits) to assist them in their journey of training and to get them to feel comfortable, safe and cared for to where the barriers that they possess does not inflict there learning and ability to strive for better even in the midst of things.
