This lesson has shown me the course components and building of a syllabus that is easy to follow and informative. 

Both synchronous and asynchronous learning types are beneficial to the students.  

Having a well-planned and executed online course will help students not only want to learn but feel a sense of comfort in their learning. 

Being able to acknowledge that online courses do have some benefits and taking that knowledge to develop courses will help build a good learning base. 

You must be motivated to motivate your learners. 

The need to understand difficult students is important. 

Treat students like they are attending college, not middle school. See them as grown adults but also still figure out ways to break the ice in a fun childlike but professional manner. 

Knowing the student and the level of learning combined with life experience will help to teach the student on their learning level.

Gain trust and utilize individual synchronous meetings. 

Create a positive learning environment. Share your experience and credentials to help enccourge them to learn and move forward.
