Define the professional advantages of them attending your program, and encourage them to do their research and find out the best fit for them. <p>I think that the culture leads us to believe that if it's not broken that we don't require the need to fix things. This may be true to some industries, but in the case of admissions I think that constant learning and the ability to adapt to regulation, warrants us to be poised to adapt to change, whether it is a constant or not.
