I am thankful for tools to help job seekers handle and answer challenging interview questions that can ask for negative information. Knowing how to approach these questions and insight on what the interviewer is really looking for is huge, especially for young job seekers who may be extra tripped up by these questions. It's important to be authentic and honest but answer these questions strategically so you do not raise a red flag for the interviewer.

The STAR method sticks out as it makes interview responses more memorable to the interviewee when making hiring decisions. Also, the confidence section stuck out to me as a teacher who is helping coach and prepare students for the interviewing process. Confidence is HUGE and it's nice to have practical steps to help students reflect confidence in a stressful situation.

Great information for students on how to prepare and research the company before going into an interview. These are all skills they have with growing up in a tech world but may not think or understand how or what they need to know to help them answer questions in the interview.
