	<div class="river_content_display">it is always a challenge to teach a student that does not understand what you are atlking about or even what the words that were spoken mean. So i ahve over time tryed to find another student to mentor them as mush as possible, with taking care not to create a problem with the other students in the class, for they may think I as the instructor am letting them get away with talking during class. So there is a fine line that has to be followed and the students need to understand this.</div>					<!-- </p> -->

 That way you can see how well a student understands what he or she has learned.
I don't think it would be wise to use essay test in this type of learning for the vast answers that can be given and still be the right for the questions given even if key words are not used.

I have even asked other students if they can help the student with the question, is this a good way to get the students involved with the questions being asked or should I leave it with an open floor when asking or covering the material that was in the lesson?</div>					<!-- </p> -->

	<div class="river_content_display">it is always a challenge to teach a student that does not understand what you are atlking about or even what the words that were spoken mean. So i ahve over time tryed to find another student to mentor them as mush as possible, with taking care not to create a problem with the other students in the class, for they may think I as the instructor am letting them get away with talking during class. So there is a fine line that has to be followed and the students need to understand this.</div>					<!-- </p> -->

I also give them a short break like tell a joke or asking them what they think about the topic.</div>					<!-- </p> -->

 That way you can see how well a student understands what he or she has learned.
I don't think it would be wise to use essay test in this type of learning for the vast answers that can be given and still be the right for the questions given even if key words are not used.

I have even asked other students if they can help the student with the question, is this a good way to get the students involved with the questions being asked or should I leave it with an open floor when asking or covering the material that was in the lesson?</div>					<!-- </p> -->
