<div class="river_content_display"><p>I liked this tutorial because it teaches that to be a good leader you also have to be a good and fair team player. &nbsp;As a leader you need to be in charge of the group, but you also don't want to be too aggresive or too bossy or it will turn people away. &nbsp;You want to interact within the group without becoming "one of the guys". There is also always room for learning and using new tools to improve your leadership abilities and skills.</p></div>					<!-- </p> -->
