I am new in education, and this module has been helpful to me to understand being an Executive Assistant to the President on how planning a new program works. 

Compliance is for sure a group effort. This module has given me some good ideas.

Student services is a very important department has they help with student success.

I like the idea of a 5 year plan and having an Advisory Committee to help ensure the growth of the school.
