I didn't really learn anything new in this module.  I have been using games to engage students for a number of years.

I will incorporate some of the Kagan strategies.

I am authentic in my teaching each and every day because I teach a life skills course so the students know they will use the information and I share lots of personal stories with them.  

I learned about the right questioning technique and I was blown away by the video and what the students were able to gleen from the experience.  I am going to try and find a way to incorporate the technique into at least one lesson and perhaps more to see how I can truly engage my students and their learning.

It is important to make sure that students understand the objective.  I teach a life skill and so students are always eager to see what Personal Finance topic will be discussed each class.  They are not always engaged in the lesson.  They are much more engaged on days when we have hands on learning opposed to completing computer modules.
