This is my first week in the admissions field. I have years of experience working in the college environment in athletics as a coach. I decided to make the transition to admissions this year. I never realized how much information an admission rep has to know to recruit students to attend their school. I figured it was pretty similar to recruiting for athletics, when in reality, it is nothing like that at all. This is my first week with admissions. There were so many things in the course I took that challenged me as well as taught me the correct way of doing things. Also, I agree that knowing the rules and regulations are critical. If you cannot do your job the right way, there is no need to work in this field. The course was very informative and I enjoyed the process and learning associated with it.

I took this course during the first week with my company. I think it is an excellant source as a point of reference and as a teaching tool. I feel that the skills I learned in this course will help me with many challenges I may face on the job. Also, I feel that this course can also be used as a place to reference when help is needed on the job. The experience I gained in this course is invaluable.
