I think that the role of admissions director to have experience in marketing makes the job so much easier. 

Much of what I learned in this course has given me the framework to apply the lessons with my prospective students. I came into this position with a marketing background but the interpersonal lessons that I get to use everyday have been the best challenge and lesson. I like how this course was focused on the development of lessons as well as tools and approached that can easily be applied to current practices.
