There was a lot to learn with Maxknowledge. It was a 2 week course. I think I should have had about one more week. It takes me a while to soak up information, escpecially information included in this course. It was a lot, and it was very overwhelming to remember.

I have learned about teaching styles. I don't like lecture as much as I like lab time. I like doing instead of doing a lot of lecture. I would rather use my voice to instruct my students on how to give massage instead of why they should give a massage.

Learning to teach

I am the fifth child of six children. I am the first to graduate from high school, go to college and graduate with both an Associates and Bachelor's Degrees. I have just finished most of my first term teaching ever. I loved it. It was very challenging, and I had a small class, but it felt good. I hope to be able to teach again soon and improve on my teaching skills as well as the use of other tools provided by the school.

Compliance Plan Impacts Faculty and Staff

@JayHollowell : It should educate and guide them through their journey to educating others. There should be a new instructor orientation which lays out what is expected of each instructor, a list of what the instructor needs to do class wise to include how much homework to give, how many quizzes and exams, grading, and Turnit in, as well as any Audio Visual trainings that may need be needed. Computer training should be offered as well.
