Love this module 

I learned alot of informative info and plan to use them in order to more of a guided instructor.

Its important to know each student  name and also consider doing a ice breaker to open the students up 

This module really stood out for me the importance of being prepared and on time for the students 

Lead your students in a standard matter possible, Show them how to listen and communicate  effectively.
