As an HR instructor, the most valuable lesson was learning that accountability actually strengthens professional authority rather than weakening it. I plan to apply this by consistently documenting my AI use, communicating it clearly using trust-building language, and modeling responsible disclosure for my students. Since HR professionals regularly develop workplace policies, I also feel well-positioned to contribute to institutional AI guidelines in my department.</p></div>					<!-- </p> -->
