This module taught me that motivation and innovation can make a big difference in the workplace. This module taught me that building good relationships with people really comes down to how we communicate with them. It’s not just about what we say, but also about how we listen, respond, and make people feel heard and respected. I learned that things like active listening, empathy, understanding different communication styles, and paying attention to body language can make a big difference in how we connect with others and avoid misunderstandings.

I intend to apply what I learned by being more intentional about how I respond, especially in stressful or challenging situations. Instead of reacting immediately, I want to take a moment to understand my emotions and consider the best way to communicate. I believe practicing self-awareness will help me become a better listener, communicate more professionally, and build stronger relationships with the people I work with.
