Providing clear and concise communication is essential to student success as it help students understand expectations and stay engaged in thier learning. When communication is timely, supportive and easy to understand, students feel more confident and empowered to achieve thier goals. 

The importance of flexibility, patience and meaningful communication. Every student comes to the virtual classroom with unique strenghts and challenges and responisbilities often balancing work and home life. Building relationships through consistent support and encouragement helps students feel connected and motivated. Clear expectations and timely feedback play a cirtical roll. 

I learned more about the performance criteria using a 5 point scale. 

Reliability and validity are both important when creating assessments. They are both important when I am making informed decisions based on my studetns assessment outcomes.

I learned the difference between diagnostic, formative and summative assessments. Using all three together would benefit the student by addressing individual needs through diagnostic, ongoing feedback through formative and evaluating overall acheivement through summative assessment. 

Open ended or essay type questions on a online assessment, encourages cirtical thinking. Providing AI doesnt get in the way of thier answers. 

Continue to foster a postitive learning enviornment by promoting more social interactions, provide timely and constructive feedback, connect learning to real world experiences and show enthusiam for teaching the subject matter.
