Comprendí el significado de “be ready, not surprised”, que implica tener procesos, documentación y roles claros para garantizar el cumplimiento y la correcta respuesta ante revisiones, visitas o evaluaciones.</p>
<p>También aprendí cómo la planificación, la organización y la comunicación efectiva dentro de un equipo son claves para evitar errores y fortalecer el desempeño institucional.</p>
