Interships are beneficial to intern and employer, this helps connect students to real work situations and helps to reduce turn over rates for employers.

This way stundets know what to expect from the businessa and learn a broader range of skills and the business is able to get to know students and staff. 

It is important to complete career aptitude tests and other career/skill evaluations. It is also important to connect with your students in order to have a good idea of what their skills and interests are in order to match them to the most appropirate job site.
