I learned a lot about effective preparedness and how it correlates to student effectiveness. I now feel more confident in setting up my course's outline and daily goals. Being prepared as an instructor is key.

I learned many things like how successful the students are will be an immediate reflection on the performance of the instructor. Also, it really highlighted just how important it is as an instructor to be prepared, know your material, and have a plan.

I have learned many things but one thing I will definitely be taking with me is how assessing each student's background and learning style will help you determine which teaching style to use and you can become an effective teacher like this.

I like the 5-points from the learning plan and plan on trying to implement that more on a daily basis.

My online classes are recorded so I think I may go look at some and watch my non-verbal cues to see if there's anything I can pick up on to do better or change.

In this module, I learned that leadership begins with self-awareness. Before leading others, it is important to understand why I want to lead, what motivates me, and what kind of impact I want to create. I also learned that leadership is not only about authority or position, but about influence, example, communication, and the ability to inspire others toward a shared purpose. Another important lesson for me was recognizing that different leadership styles can be effective depending on the context, and that understanding my own tendencies helps me lead more intentionally.

I feel as though I change my teaching style depending on what each individual needs. I will recognize how the students respond throughout the course and adjust myself to them.

I find it incredible the examples they gave of leaders who have developed managerial skills, taking the best of the ability to inspire others in a shared vision and the optimal execution of actions.

Leaders are born, but they are also made. We all have the same capacity to develop leadership that transforms realities; however, it is a very personal decision that requires preparation and a strong strategic focus.

There's a fine line that blurs the lines between leadership and management, which I've just learned about. Leadership is more about the skills a person develops to make things happen, while management is about how projects are executed; it's a more administrative approach.
