About me
I am a new instructor in the VN program at Stanbridge University. I have a 30+ year nursing career with the last 25 years in Ambulatory Administration. I am starting something new in nursing after retiring from a successful career in administration. Teaching is new to me and my clinical expertise with patients dates back 20 years. You can imagine my fear of teaching clinical in a VN program when I have been out of patient care for such a long time. But Im ready for the challenge and feel I can bring alot of career expertise to the students. Amazingly my skills came back to me thanks to a great nursing program. Now I aim to learn as much about Allied Health adult education as I can absorb and look forward to its challenges.
