This has been excellent information; much of what I teach in my Human Sexuality class for Garden City Community College.  I have found that understanding consent is very important for everyone to know, as this can either be unclear, or misunderstood

Communication is key to become a good instructor specially be very respectful and patiente

This module was really informative on how to protect our students and what to do about it while they getting attacked by all this verbal harassment, unwanted text, etc

This course is preparing us to become a better workers around the campus and have that knowledge to teach our students to a higher level and in a safe place and maner.

Students cannot be anonymous in distance learning, they must be engaged through the use of discussion boards, lectures, etc. Records protected by FERPA are not subject to HIPPA and the Solomon Amendment supercedes FERPA.  Third party vendors are subject to FERPA.

Best Practices are in place to protect students, maintain integrity of the information.

Releasing info under exceptions very interesting.

This was an interesting chapter.  The FERPA exclusions make complete sense.  It keeps people from over stepping their bounds and protects the student.
