I’ve learned thus far how important essential workforce skills are, like communication, teamwork, time management, and professionalism. I didn’t realize before how much these skills matter alongside technical knowledge, especially in fields like healthcare and technology. I plan to use what I’ve learned by working on managing my time better, improving how I communicate, and being more responsible in group projects. Practicing these skills now will help me be ready for real-world jobs and work well with others.
