From this module, I learned how important basic workforce skills really are, like communication, teamwork, time management, and being professional. I didn’t realize before how much these skills matter just as much as the technical skills, especially in careers like healthcare or technology. I plan to apply what I’ve learned by working on being more responsible, managing my time better, and improving how I communicate with others. This module helped me see that developing these skills now will prepare me for real-world job situations and long-term success.
