It's important to have an understanding of the terms and process of an institution. This training will help us better understand the prospect and be able to provide a good service to them.

It was interesting learning more information about the accreditations and transferability of credits. 

There was a variety of things I learned in the module. I learned about the different types of marketing strategies as well as the importance of student service. It is important to also be fully informed on the programs the institution offers. This allows us to provide the necessary information to a prospective student. 

Throughout the module, I learned a variety of information. Some information I learned is presented below:

• One part was information on the enrollment agreement. It is important that all information be fully completed in order for a student to be considered enrolled. 
• As an admission representative, it is necessary to make sure that the students are fully informed in terms of costs and tuition. If anything seems unclear, the next step is to turn to your supervisor for any questions or concerns.
