I found the rubrics to be very helpful and will use them in my class moving forward. I also enjoyed the videos and the student's project gave me some ideas that I can implement in the classroom. 

I learned through this model about the importance of the SAGE model and how I can best apply this to my classes. I really enjoyed the Student Choice and Authentic Experiences portion of this module. I will be looking to provide students with more options for them to chose from along with trying to bring in more guest speakers who can provide real life application to some of our topics.

In this module I learned the value of internationalizing my course outcomes along with the course description and to best align those to industry standards for enhancing employability skills. Because the course I chose is a general broad course it was more challenging than anticipated to globalize outcomes due to the volume of content already stated in the outcomes. 

I really enjoyed this module and found the Nepalese cuisine project very helpful. I also think knowing and understanding your students is vital creating a positive CTE experience. I found the Columbia University example very informative as well.

I am looking forward to this course and I am excited about identifying key components that I can include in my Business courses. This module helped me put a focus on international employment and how to engage the students in these areas. Creating global competence in the classroom sounds great and I look forward to the experience.
