<title><![CDATA[Nightwing Whitehead]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family: Apple Chancery,cursive;"><span style="font-size: small;"><em>I was born in 1958, the Barbie doll was born in 1959.  So for a year, I had nothing to do.  I've been trying to make up for lost time ever since.<span style="font-size: small;"> </span>I started learning about clothing from my mother and stepmother, eventually earning a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Design at Philadelphia University.  <span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-weight: normal;">I have  dressed movie stars, political figures, and worked for several theaters.</span></span> <span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-weight: normal;">Some of my favorite work has been restoring, and reproducing, heirloom garments as well as reinterpreting styles from bygone eras.</span></span><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-weight: normal;"></span></span></span>  I have my own business designing and creating what I call costumes for life... suits, evening gowns, <span style="font-weight: normal;">and casual wear. </span><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-weight: normal;">I teach Fashion Design at a local college, trying to pass on my passion for the subject to the next generation.<br /></span></span></em></span></span></p>
