I learned taking notes after lecture can help you to see were you need to improve or continue make your your lesson plan updated.

The objectives defines what specific information the student should obtain to pass the course. Standards are specific statements that the student needs to accomplish , modeling your objective. Your Assessment measures the progress of your student

Students who are engaged and want to learn with the teaching provided,  will study and realize this will benefit their goals in a successful future.

I learned there were 6 principles in which to present E-learning online. This includes text, audio, animation, graphics, video, artwork and photographs. Combing all or a mixture of these provides for a more interesting and added learning presentation for your students.

I have learned that multiple quizzes to test there knowledge with unlimited attempts increases the confidence of a student.  Giving feedback quickly after the quizes helps the student to see where they need went wrong in their thinking process. 

I learned the concepts of asynchronous and synchronous learning. Blending the two is a great way of learning,  but you need to check on your students to make sure their learning needs are being met.

Online courses need to be engaging to capture the students learning. I was also suprised that 6% of all Public Schools offer all their courses either online or onsite. When my daughter's class miss a day of school they are required to go online and obtain their assignments for the day and do their homework. I think this should be required at all schools in the U.S.

Listening and treating others like you would want to be treated regardless of their race , color or religion.
