There’s people in my institution I should know, besides having access to everyone in the company and continuously keeping up with their departments, the people I should know include the director of education and the placement director. For the benefit of the applicants, I should have general knowledge of all the programs offered by my institution. I should also sit in class to experience firsthand what the students have to go through and hopefully use it to entice them. There are loads of information and documents that have been used to apply the different requirements for my institution, it is my duty as an employee to be familiar with them, in case any applicants or their family members need any information, i can bring it to them

As an introduction, in this chapter I learned that as an administrative employee and admissions agent, I must know all the ins and out of the institution and be able to ask any questions brought to me by anybody interested in the institution. I also learned that the process of learning inside my institution is nonstop, hence I should be actively training and seeking to constantly know more about what goes on in my job and others inside my institution.
