Through this material I am reminded of the impact of our feedback throughout a course and how much time and attention it deserves. It can not only help the students learn but also help us form better relationships with out students. 

I learned trough this module the importance of the material I do create as well as the methods I choose to engage with my students through the various tools available. Every interaction is important to consider and especially the desired outcome of each. 

I realized the importance of keeping material consistent and organized. It's important for the students to feel they can they are comfortable in an online learning environment.

This section helped me better understand how important it is to ay attention to each student's individual situation. When reflecting on students who have left a course or who have not been successful, understanding them and keeping open lines of communication helps! 

I learned to use the discussion boards not only as a learning tool but as a method to control the pace of the class as well as get a good feel for the type of learners my students are. From this I can meaningfully engage them and help them through the course.

Through this material I have learned how to better engage my students and relate to them as well. It's important, especially in an online environment, to get to know our students so they feel comfortable asking for help and more information. 

I intend to meaningfully engage in my student's learning activities as well as try to add some personal experience with the material so they can also understand the context of the material as well!
