I enjoyed myself in this class. I learned alot of new things to help my instructors to motivate the students. I always try to motivate them by giving them a pep talk and tell them they will do fine and to find the confidence within themselves. I should know this because I was just as nervous as they were when I was in their shoes in school. I just had to built up my confidence wiithin myself instead of being scared. What I would do for my students that wanted extra credit; I would give them a project to do different from the class only if they proved to me that they are trying to get their grades up, but if they keep missing classes and not doing their homework then I am going to give them a 0. You have to prove to yourself that the effort is worth it if not dont be wasting our time.

this course showed me what i can do more of in my classrooms to assist the teachers. this was very informative and i enjoyed myself.
