To me, in the process of giving back, one must be open-minded so he/she can receive the information and use it in a positive way.

To me, one of the most important factor of being an effective coach is honesty. One must give honest feedback to the person being coach so the process can be fruitfull.

To me, goal setting is something that we do throughout our lives. We need do the things we need to do in order to get the results we wan. And so, we can get the result we deserve....

To me, the main sources of stress are about habits, attitude, and staying away from negativity. Staying healthy and positive is key.

When managing a classroom, I believe it is good idea to address questions right away because it provides interest and teaching moments especially with adult learners.

I Feel, career management is a lifelong process where one needs to reevaluate his progress often to be able to achieve his/her goals.

I really like the quote that says “Just because they're active doesn't mean they are learning.” At the same time, another important key point is “ It’s not because you are active that you are productive”.

I believe that support marterials, notes, and assessments are "the back bones" of any course's content. Without those elements, I believe the class cannot run effectively and so, extra attention should be given to them when they are been developed.

I believe that standards along with objectives are key to help teachers stay on task and give students an idea of what is expected from them.

I beleive that it really important for a teacher to have an overview of the course's content; so he or she can make adjustements as needed.
