There are two different points in your interaction with a student with a disability when it may be appropriate for you to seek help. In either case, the need for outside assistance will be triggered by the student. 

Accommodations provide equal access but not always success for the student.

The difference between categories and what classifies a student with a disability, as well as how we can accommodate those that qualify. 

Compliance is vital for the accommodation process.

Our unified mission is to support adult learners for a brighter future that may not have other options. 

The real loss of noncompliance and possible consequences of noncompliance's and student complaints. 

Competitive integrity is key and also sticking to the facts, to prevent substantial misrepresentation. 

I learned the need for accuracy and full disclosure. How representation can become a misrepresentation if the information is misleading for the prospective student. 

I have learned most about transferring of Academic credits and how you must be forthcoming with information. Especially if a student is planning to transfer credits to another institution, it's important to convey transparency.

I learned about the Regulatory Triad and the different components that make it up. Moreover, the major issues in education that enforces federal laws prohibiting discrimination in programs that receive federal funds.
