	<div class="river_content_display">I AM OFTEN APPROACHED BY MOSTLY MY EVENING STUDENTS HOW THEY NEED MORE ONE ON ONE INSTRUCTING. I AM OFTEN REPLYING WE DO NOT HAVE THE STAFF TO DO SO.
I USUALLY FIND MYSELF, AFTER MY SHIFT IS OVER COMING IN TO ASSISTING THEM, SO THEY CAN BE SUCCESSFUL IN THEIR FUTURE ENDEAVORS.</div>					<!-- </p> -->

YOU KNOW THE STUDENT THAT IS ACADEMICALLY INCLINE, THE STUDY WHO IS ON POINT IN THEIR LABORATORY SKILLS?  VERY, VERY,FEW.  I BELIEVE BEFORE ANY STUDENT IS ACCEPTED INTO ANY MEDICAL PROGRAM HERE AT THIS CAMPUS.  A BOARD SHOULD REVIEW THEM.  JUST AS IF THEY WERE INTERVIEWING FOR A JOB. PERHAPS THEN, WHEN CAN CUT, BACK ON THE DROP AND WITHDRAWL RATES.</div>					<!-- </p> -->

WE ALL KNOW JUST BECAUSE A STUDENT GRADUATES DOES NOT MAKE HIM OR HER THE ELITE CANIDATE FOR THE POTENTIAL JOB OPENING.  I ALWAYS TELL MY STUDENTS, SINCE YOU DO NOT HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE CURRENT FIELD THEY WILL ALWAYS CALL OR CONTACT YOUR INSTRUCTOR.  THE WANT TO KNOW WERE YOU ON TIME; HOW WAS YOUR SKILLS, YOUR ACADEMICS.  AND I GO ON TO STATE, BE THE BEST STUDENT YOU CAN BE, YOU ARE ON YOUR INTERVIEW, WHEN YOU ARE PERFORMING YOUR CLINICALS' AT A CERTAIN FACILITY.</div>					<!-- </p> -->

	<div class="river_content_display">WE ALL KNOW THAT STUDENTS ATTEND AN ADULT LEARNING FACILITY FOR DIFFERENT REASONS.  THE KIDS HAVE GRADUATED COLLEGE: THE FINALLY CAN GO TO SCHOOL. SOMEONE IS BEING THREATENED TO GO TO SCHOOL OR GET OUT. SO, ON AND SO FORTH.  I BELIEVE THE RECRUITER REALLY NEED TO TAKE THE TIME TO TO SEE WHERE THE STUDENTS HEADS ARE AT, SO THAT THE STUDENT WILL BECOME A SUCCESS STORY RATHER THAN ANOTHER DROP OUT.  MAKING THIS INSTITUTION THEIR FIFTH ONE THIS YEAR, BECAUSE THEY ARE HERE FOR THE WRONG REASONS.</div>					<!-- </p> -->

	<div class="river_content_display"><p>@fglass : I totally agree with your comment.&nbsp; Just a short 6 years ago, we as students in our career fields were hungry for the knowledge and experience of an education and career.&nbsp; Now it seems, from my perspective as an instructor, that the students do not want to use any type of determination or have any motivation to get the job at hand done/completed.&nbsp; They want you to hand them all aspects of learning and achieving any goal set forth in their education process: on a silver platter.</p></div>					<!-- </p> -->

	<div class="river_content_display">I AM OFTEN APPROACHED BY MOSTLY MY EVENING STUDENTS HOW THEY NEED MORE ONE ON ONE INSTRUCTING. I AM OFTEN REPLYING WE DO NOT HAVE THE STAFF TO DO SO.
I USUALLY FIND MYSELF, AFTER MY SHIFT IS OVER COMING IN TO ASSISTING THEM, SO THEY CAN BE SUCCESSFUL IN THEIR FUTURE ENDEAVORS.</div>					<!-- </p> -->

YOU KNOW THE STUDENT THAT IS ACADEMICALLY INCLINE, THE STUDY WHO IS ON POINT IN THEIR LABORATORY SKILLS?  VERY, VERY,FEW.  I BELIEVE BEFORE ANY STUDENT IS ACCEPTED INTO ANY MEDICAL PROGRAM HERE AT THIS CAMPUS.  A BOARD SHOULD REVIEW THEM.  JUST AS IF THEY WERE INTERVIEWING FOR A JOB. PERHAPS THEN, WHEN CAN CUT, BACK ON THE DROP AND WITHDRAWL RATES.</div>					<!-- </p> -->

WE ALL KNOW JUST BECAUSE A STUDENT GRADUATES DOES NOT MAKE HIM OR HER THE ELITE CANIDATE FOR THE POTENTIAL JOB OPENING.  I ALWAYS TELL MY STUDENTS, SINCE YOU DO NOT HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE CURRENT FIELD THEY WILL ALWAYS CALL OR CONTACT YOUR INSTRUCTOR.  THE WANT TO KNOW WERE YOU ON TIME; HOW WAS YOUR SKILLS, YOUR ACADEMICS.  AND I GO ON TO STATE, BE THE BEST STUDENT YOU CAN BE, YOU ARE ON YOUR INTERVIEW, WHEN YOU ARE PERFORMING YOUR CLINICALS' AT A CERTAIN FACILITY.</div>					<!-- </p> -->

	<div class="river_content_display">WE ALL KNOW THAT STUDENTS ATTEND AN ADULT LEARNING FACILITY FOR DIFFERENT REASONS.  THE KIDS HAVE GRADUATED COLLEGE: THE FINALLY CAN GO TO SCHOOL. SOMEONE IS BEING THREATENED TO GO TO SCHOOL OR GET OUT. SO, ON AND SO FORTH.  I BELIEVE THE RECRUITER REALLY NEED TO TAKE THE TIME TO TO SEE WHERE THE STUDENTS HEADS ARE AT, SO THAT THE STUDENT WILL BECOME A SUCCESS STORY RATHER THAN ANOTHER DROP OUT.  MAKING THIS INSTITUTION THEIR FIFTH ONE THIS YEAR, BECAUSE THEY ARE HERE FOR THE WRONG REASONS.</div>					<!-- </p> -->

	<div class="river_content_display"><p>@fglass : I totally agree with your comment.&nbsp; Just a short 6 years ago, we as students in our career fields were hungry for the knowledge and experience of an education and career.&nbsp; Now it seems, from my perspective as an instructor, that the students do not want to use any type of determination or have any motivation to get the job at hand done/completed.&nbsp; They want you to hand them all aspects of learning and achieving any goal set forth in their education process: on a silver platter.</p></div>					<!-- </p> -->
