New thoughts for motivation

I love working with student as well.  I want them to continue to be challenge and to acheive the goals that they have set for themselves.  I do feel that students need to be self motivated as well.  The healthcare industry is ever changing and challenging and student must want to continue to learn and grow to have a successful career.  I want to be one who facilitates that.

My thoughts

I agree, all members of the school should have training in acceptable behavior/compliance.  When we have the same training and know what is expected then there is no reason for misrepresentation

]]> The course on retention was one of the best courses I have taken.  The course truely gave me a different perspectic on what motivates students and how it take the entire team being on the same page to achieve it.  I think that we have been working a departments and not as a team with one goal
