				</div><div class="river_content_display"><p>Good job on that!&nbsp; We also have to keep in mind that people usually only give us their version of what transpired in their interaction with the other school.&nbsp; They rarely divulge (or maybe see) their own failures in the interactions.&nbsp; In other words not all bad press is deserved.&nbsp; Some of it is but we gain nothing by joining the gripe.</p></div>					<!-- </p> -->

<div class="river_content_display"><p>It is good to have trainings and refreshers in the "bright line" parameters that are pertinent to our speech and actions.  Most of us do what we do because we know that what we do is help people change their life's course through career training.  It is involves regular interactions with individuals.  As those relationships develop it is important that we take care not to let familiarity with the person, and the more relaxed conversation that is a bi-product of that familiarity, ever lead to misinformation or unintentional misrepresentation.  We do not need to let it have a chilling effect&mldr; <span><a href='https://www.careeredlounge.com/pg/blog/tjb0301/read/33070/bright-lines' style='text-decoration:none;'>>>></a></span></p></div>					<!-- </p> -->
