I learned that with the correct support students with disabilities can be successful in the course 

More interaction with the students, keeps them engaged with the content that is being presented

Its is important when creating groups that student diversity is considered for more well rounded approach 

Being optimistic is a form of positive mindset that will help my students through challenging situations

In my role it is important for me to help students identify their strengths and weaknesses to help build character

A positive mindset broadens our perspectives to see more possibilities, as an educator helping my students be positive about difficult situations can promote rapport and retention

I have learned that incorporating daily reflection, will not only help me as the educator but also influence my students experience in the classroom

Proper preparation leads to poor performance 

The first impression can set the tone for the course for the entire semester, so it is important to plan and prepare accordingly.

Planning and preparing go hand and hand, it helps with organization for both the student and the professor.
