Much of the information was understood but the reminders were very helpful, especially in dealing with some of the more conflcted students. The tangible suggestions were helpful and I made more notes than expected!

I was relieved to know that the methods I am using are being reinforced in this course. ED104 was helpful in validating and affirming what I am trying to convey in the classroom. I try to take some time in each class to listen to the students' updates on personal issues but then we get to the course material and stick to it for the remainder of the session. Breaks are often the best time to meet with them privately as they often have to leave quickly by the end of class to resume the other roles they hold, such… >>>

I was most pleased with the suggestions on dealing with difficult issues such as the silent student and those who are uninterested. Tangible suggestions are always helpful. I was accostomed to teaching at the graduate level prior to a career college and the differences are profound

ED104 was relevant to all instructors. I believe each of us can extract something different depending on our experience, current students and course material. I have a fairly straight lecture style but this term I added a field trip and created an assignment based on the new learning achieved. It seemed to go over well with those hands on learners.
