I am so thankful for this training. Even though I see all of our students as the wonderful people they are, I want to be better prepared to handle questions of our LGBTQ students to get them ready for the workforce. This course has done just that. Thank you for broaching this topic in such a wonderful & effective manner!
Strengths: Welcoming, personable with students & grads, effective in career path & focusing attention on career goals & their outcome. Very motivational to students meeting goals without judgement or beligerance. Organized in tracking, quick response to student requests. Flexible with scheudlue to accommodate student/grad needs. Helpful with co-workers needs/information
Needed Improvements: Carving out time for focusing on daily tasks. So focused on "putting out fires", that routine suffers occaisionally.

I completely agree! Again, I will sit with them while they are completing the application either online or paper. It seems unethical for another person to sumbit someone else's application.

We've had a mission statemnet for our company for over 30 years. We actually have it posted in every office. Some may find it to be overkill, but when I am hitting a creative or secular wall, I look to it to see where I can improve. It works every time!

I absolutely loved this course. I am a very old-fashioned person & this course helped to re-introduce good manners in the employment process. I love the modules & the worksheets I can utilize to help the students begin the process way before graduation.
