One thing that I initially found odd in this position at this institution was the rules about transferring credits. Though I thought it would be detrimental to the recruitment and admissions process to be so stingent in the transferability process, I now understand why it is important. I believe that it shows that this institution, as a career college, really values the courses it offers, the instructors, and the overall learning process.
