I agree Marcia.  I liked having information presented, then a brief question to reinforce the information.  I had presented a CE for our nursing faculty on managing the classroom about a year ago and I found many of the suggestions from this module in the content I presented.  We as faculty need to never lose sight of the fact that if we clearly articulate expectations and consequences then students understand their role in the course.
