Compliance continues to be the theme. However in this module I think that being able to learn a little bit more in detail about the military aspect was important. To learn about the regulations and compliance regarding military benefits and the tuition assistance was a major take away for me in this module. 

In this module, I have learned the do's and don'ts about what I should and should not do when it comes to admitting students into the institution. I apln to take the knowledge and regulations and make sure that I am aligned with compliance. Student should not be made promises because they will hold the school and representatives accountable for those promises and if those same promises falls through, it then become an even bigger issue. 

The rules are there so follow them! Not being in compliance with the specified regulations will cost the institution a nice chunk of money. Having integrity can go a long way and being honest is always the best medicine. Show that sense of urgency but also be mindful that our students are humans that may need an extra accomodation such as the "child care" scenerio in one of the previous segments. Compliance! Compliance! Compliance!
