It is imperative to not only have an understanding but to also have empathy/sympathy for all disabilities. 

Any student with disabilities have the same equal rights and should be treated accordingly. In your role it is imperative that you are informed and understand all that is necessary to be in compliance. 

Being student centered is imperative to the success of the campus. The effort needs to be made across the staff ensuring all measures are being taken to create a harmonious environment.

Consequences of not following the guidelines can be detrimental to the company but more importantly to the student. It is imperative to be in compliance at all times. 

Be mindful of the information shared that may be considered misrepresentation. Stick with actual facts that pertains to the students individual enrollment. 

Gathering all the necessary documents and information to make the best decision on behalf of your perspective student is imperative to their enrollment process. 

I've learned that the The Triad of Regulation for the Department of Education consists of three major components: planning, oversight, and enforcement. Planning involves creating policies and procedures to regulate educational programs and ensure compliance with laws and regulations. Oversight involves monitoring and evaluating the implementation of these policies and programs. Enforcement involves taking actions against individuals or institutions that violate these regulations. Together, these three components work to ensure the department is effectively regulating the education sector.

I've learned that having a culture of compliance as well as being in compliance is both equally important to foster in your working environment. Regardless of the position you hold...we must all work together harmoniously to achieve the same goals.
