What have you learned from this module?

I learned to pay attention to the noisy learners and send an email to the learner indicating to remain on the existing thread until exhausted. There are quiet learners, disruptive learners, intimidators, and procrastinators. 

How do you intend to apply it?

I plan on applying the techniques that I learned by observing my students to find out what type of learners they are. 

What have you learned from this module?

I learned that it is more likely that students will interact in class discussions if they are likely to get rewarded. You should identify the students that do not participate. Create a less intimidating learning environment by assigning small group activities. Instructors should make sure that the comments are related to the course content. It is also important to keep sentences short and to the point.

What have you learned from this module? 

I learned that it is essential to initiate, lead, monitor, and manage discussion sessions to project your presence in an online platform effectively. It is also vital to oversee team projects, providing a response to any discussion questions, and providing constructive feedback to students within a 24 hour turnaround time. It is also important to be well prepared to teach each session and ensure that your responses to students are thorough and accurate. The students should also receive reminders regarding deadlines that are coming up and instructor office hours.

What have you learned from this module?

I learned that the quality of an online course depends on its ability to demonstrate structural integrity, intellectual interaction, navigational simplicity, and provide active learner-center learning. It is also essential to be able to view the class roster, post announcements, post discussion questions, participate in chat sessions, and post events in the calendar. It is also important to familiarize myself with the course delivery techniques provided. It is essential to know the course start and end dates, the location of course components, and points awarded for participation.
