My name is Bob Smotherman. I am a career expatriate with over thirty years experience in management consulting, international business education, and software engineering. Currently, I own a management consulting firm with contracts in Southeast Asia and teach MBA courses online in the US and on-ground at a Thai university.  My interests are cross-cultural management and international business.
