As an educator, it is very important for us to create an environment where students can learn effectively irrespective of the gender, ethnicity, culture or race of the student. These differences should be acknowledged to create a very safe and healthy learning environment.

I have learnt that stress can have negative and sometimes positive effects too. communicating with your boss is really helpful sometimes.

I have learnt to make my writing concise and clear to communicate and convey better.

I am looking forward to developing and applying service-learning opportunities in my class.

Evaluation of the students' service learning should be formative and summative and also sharing the feedback with students helps them understand the areas they should focus on.

I have learnt that service learning for the students is a method to make them realize their social responsibility, strengthen their values and beliefs, be empathetic and be responsible professionals.

Learning can be improved by being a motivated instructor reinforcement through timely feedback

Staying excited and enthusiastic about the course motivates the students and avoids a mid-course slump.

Addressing the students by their names and starting the class with some lighthearted humor sets the foundation for a good rapport with the students and has a good impact on students' learning outcome.
