What I have learned is that in a fast paced society as professionals and students we have informative information as necessary tools to assist all types of learners with solutions. 

this course is very informative 

In this module I understood that students must understand the process of learning he blog and the expectations for participating in the blog. As there are a variety of assignments that can be completed rough blogs. There are a variety of activities that can be completed through blogs. Blogs can be designed to engage and encourage collaborative learning to students.

This module was very informative with the use of microblogging for posting reminders, changing assignment due dates or upcoming assignments etc. 

I have learned in this module that students have many different ways to enhance their learning to fully understand subjects being taught through the access of media hosting and sharing.

I learned about the importance of keeping records on file for disruptive behaviors. Communication with students , counseling students and directing them to e-learning is a great way to direct the learners. And the guidelines on how to resolve student conflicts. Minimizing student attrition and that I can volunteer my help personally to assist learners  with technical issues. How to identify certain behaviors. The importance of instructional guidelines that will be available for a successful e-learning environment .

Learning and understanding how and when to apply asynchronous and synchronous methods when engaging student discussions. That managing time on online will allow feedback to the learners responses. It will ensure learners of the instructors  presence in their experience.

I learned that by projecting my presence and authority from a distance as well as having a relationship with the students will be  geared toward promoting and enriched, meaningful, and dynamic experience both for the students and instructors. There is a lot of great information and instructions  in this module that will assist me in being fully prepared for the course management system e- learning.  I will implement the  first assignment suggestion to get to know the students by having them post a biography to learn more about them as well as each student from another.

First of all get familiar with  the material to be taught. Where to find it and how to apply it.  Practice what I must know to become familiar as it is applied to the learner and instructor . Becoming familiar with the online learning process as it applies to both students and instructor’s. Then communicate it. Make sure all my equipment is up and ready for this new journey. I’m very excited and nervous at the same time. Although, knowing  what we normally do will be put online brings some comfort.
