Having a positive attitude, betters your strength methods, your ability to obtain negative feedback and the way to handle certain situations in difficult moments.
By using the tools that were given to me, I was able to reach my students more and be more patient with them. Understanding that things come up and life will continue on happening, I have to understand my students needs and understand that certain activities will need to be more hands on instead of given on paper. Take my time with my students as when I were a student myself.
Don't only be your students instructor. Support them by understanding their situations and making sure they understand that you want the best for them.
Make learning fun but understanding. Sometimes its okay to bring in some jokes and games. As long as the students is understanding and gathering the information, it makes teaching more exciting and fun.
I learned from this course that everyone learns and intake things different from others. You must have patient with the students and understand that they also have reasonings as well. They might be frustrated or they might have forgotten. More in fact, they are probably scared. They key word is to have patience and teach your students a way that they could also understand.
