It is important to understand what needs students have, and include them as much as possible.

Everyone has different learning styles and limitations, and we should adapt to this for the best outcomes for our students. 

We need to be aware of limitations related to language, and act accordingly. 

Culture and race are both important aspects of diversity to recognize, but it is important to approach each student as an individual person.

That each student is unique, and we should strive for a more inclusive learning environment for each of our students.
