Kelly, Oh so true! A link on a webpage can change at the drop of a pin! Shelly Crider
Patti, Awesome! Students love any extra resource that they receive. Shelly Crider
Michele, Each section may be different as well, so watch your discussion. You may need to improvise along the way! Shelly Crider
Patti, It only hurts the student to get someone else to do their work, but it happens! Shelly Crider
Michele, That is so true! Many students thing that online is simply easier altogether! Shelly Crider
Patti, Correct! The students must get the feel of an instructor being there. Shelly Crider
George, lol well my dark side friend....you will find that the chats can make or break a class. I have had some discussions that everyone was in and very active. Then there were those that I kept saying "hello....anyone here"! My advice, make the chats exciting! Personal experince or hands on experience from the instrutor OR in the news type of chats really get the students opening up. Shelly Crider
George, There are times when the student feels they are starting all over again as well. So we need to make sure the class is ready and working. Shelly Crider
Kelly, It is certainly easier to wait until the last minute to create something for a classroom. To wait until the last minute in an online classroom will be nothing but heartache! Shelly Crider
George, Attitudes have changed; however, as instructors I would like to think we feel violated when cheating does go on and vindicated when we see the light come on for students who are really tryinbg. Shelly Crider
